Target..... Did you know????

I realized today that there are a lot of people that do not realize that Target accepts Store coupons AND manufacturer coupons.  What do I mean by that? Here is an example from my shopping trip today.
Kraft Shredded Cheese is on sale for $2. Target.com has a coupon for $1.25 off of 2 packages of Kraft Shredded cheese.  I had 2 manufacturer coupons each good for $.55 off of one package of shredded cheese.
Kraft Cheese 2@ $2.00 each =$4.00
Target.com coupon                 -$1.25
Manufacturer coupon               -.55
Manufacturer coupon               -.55
Total                                          $ 1.65 or .83 each

The deal gets a tad bit sweeter. If you pay with your target debit card or target credit card you get an extra 5% off all of your purchases. That’s not a whole lot on this deal (.08) but hey it makes my cheese .79 each!

Another great deal I got today. Chicken noodle soup for .19 a can. (You can get tomato also) Great Item to donate! (I got mine for .18 each by using my target debit card) For less than $1.25 you can get 6 cans of chicken noodle soup or tomato soup. This would make a great donation to a food pantry or Golden Harvest Food Bank!

You can print the target coupons via a link on the right of my page, as well as manufacturer coupons. The target coupons currently are good until the end of February, so wait and match them up to sales for the best deals! You’ll want to print them now before they exceed their print limit. I know you can print at least 2 of every item. Keep checking back, they are always adding new ones!

I’d love to hear your questions or comments.

Great Organic deals at Kroger!

If you like Organic products and have a Kroger plus card here is a great deal!

You can get 14 (16.9 oz) bottles of Honest Ade or Honest Tea drinks and
6 balance bars for.......$3.27!!

My kids love the Honest ade drinks in their lunches for school and best of all they are ORGANIC, no junk in them! Their favorite is the half tea/ half lemonade.

How do you get this deal you ask?
1. you need a Kroger plus card
2. you need to go to the honest tea website at
http://www.honesttea.com/coupons/
sign up and you can print off a coupon good for .50 off any one honest ade/tea. You may print up to 3 of these!
3. Go to facebook and "like" the balance bars website. Once you do there is a link at the top to print off a .50 off 3 coupon. I know you can print at least 2 of these, I haven't tried to print more than that.
4. Go to Kroger!

The honest ade/teas are in the organic section and they have hang tags on them that are good for .50 off the purchase of 2. My store also had these on a tear pad above the drinks.

These are in the Kroger buy 10 get $5 off sale so the breakdown is as follows:
The teas/ades are 1.25 each. If you purchase 10 qualifying products you will get .50 off each making them .75 each.

Use your 3 .50 off one coupons~ so you will get 3 teas at (.25) each (1.25-.50 buy 10 promo =.75 less your .50 coupon (that gets doubled) will be (.25) each.
Buy 10 more teas at .25 each ( use 5 of the .50 off 2 hang tag coupons). you'll have to buy one tea/ade at the .50 price... for a total of 14 teas/ades

The balance bars are on sale for 1.00 each. These are also Organic.  They are also in the buy 10 get $5 off promo. Buy 6 bars @ .50 each , use 2 coupons for 1.00 off the purchase of 3 that you print off facebook for a final price of .17 each!

Summary
3 teas/ades at -.25=-.75
10 teas/ades at .25=2.5
1 tea/ade at .50=.50
6 balance bars at .17 each=1.02
Total=3.27 plus tax. That is less than what you pay for ONE (6pk) box of Balance Bars!

OK guys you might want to stop reading here... ladies keep reading.

Ladies.. you can add a 20pk box of Tampax pearl tampons(TPT's) to this to make your total 3.26 + tax... yes, you read that right, your total will go down .01 if you add the box of feminine products! If you don't need them, DONATE THEM to your local women's shelter!!

To get this deal, you will need to log in to your Kroger card at Kroger.com. You can load electronic coupons to your card. They have a $2.00 off purchase coupon for the TPT's. If you have a recent proctor and gamble ad, they have a $2.00 off TPT coupon. I think you could probably print it online at their website if you don't have the paper copy.

The TPT's are on sale for 3.99 a 20 count box. Hand the cashier your $2.00 off coupon, use your Kroger card (that has your $2.00 coupon loaded) and you will be the proud owner of a box of TPT's for -.01!
